Head to our openings map, find the restaurant closest to you, and open any role that looks like a fit. If you already have a brand in mind, filter for it. When you click Apply, we take you straight to that restaurant's application. It only takes a few minutes, and you do not need anything fancy to start.
No. For most of our hourly roles we just want to hear a little about you and when you can work. A resume is welcome if you have one, but it is never required to apply.
Not for most roles. Some of our best team members walked in with none at all and learned everything on the job. We hire for attitude and train for the rest. A few kitchen and leadership roles do ask for some background, and when they do, the posting says so.
You can start with us at 16 for many roles. A few positions, like serving alcohol or certain late shifts, carry a higher age set by law, and the posting will tell you. If you are not sure, apply anyway and we will help you find the right fit.
Absolutely. Apply to any opening that fits your schedule and what you are after. Each restaurant runs its own hiring, so every application goes to that specific team.
Your application lands with the hiring manager at that restaurant, a real person and not a black hole. If it looks like a match, they reach out to set up a conversation, usually within a few days.
Give it a few days, since our managers are often on the floor during busy shifts. If a week goes by with no word, it is completely fine to apply again or stop in and introduce yourself. We like people who show up.

Busy, friendly, and fast, in the best way. We believe great food starts with great people, so we put real care into the team behind the counter and in the kitchen. You will work with people who have your back, pick up a craft you can be proud of, and be part of a group that treats hospitality as something worth doing well.
The whole restaurant. Out front: servers, hosts, cashiers, bartenders, and food runners. In the kitchen: cooks, prep, and dishwashers. Plus shift leaders and managers who keep it all moving. What is open changes day to day, so the map always shows the latest.
Both. Most hourly roles can be full time or part time depending on the restaurant and the season, and management roles are generally full time. Tell us what you are looking for and we will do our best to match it.
We work hard to fit real life. Whether you are in school, holding a second job, or raising a family, share your availability with your manager and we will build a schedule that makes sense. Our restaurants run mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, so there is usually a shift that fits.
Yes to both. Plenty of our team are students or picking up seasonal work, and those roles are a great way to earn, learn, and build a resume. Just note your availability when you apply.
Often, yes. We are growing across Austin and Houston, and we like to keep good people. If you need to transfer closer to home or want to try a different concept, talk with your manager and we will see what is possible.
Pay, tips & growth
Most do. We list a pay range on the posting so you know what to expect before you ever apply. Your exact rate is set when you are hired, based on the role and your experience.
It depends on the role, and we aim to make every one a fair deal. Hourly team members get great earning potential, flexible hours, an awesome work environment, hands-on training, real room to grow, and insurance options.
