Accessibility
TC4 & Co. wants every candidate to be able to find a job, read about it and apply, whatever technology they use to browse the web. That includes screen readers, speech input, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification and operating system text and contrast settings. This page says where this site currently stands, how we check it, and how to tell us when something does not work.
Conformance status
We measure this site against WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by most accessibility regulation. This site is partially conformant, which means most of the standard is met and some parts are not yet.
We say partially conformant on purpose. Automated checking covers a large share of the standard but not all of it: whether a label is actually meaningful, whether the reading order makes sense, and whether an error message explains how to fix the problem are all things only a person can judge. Until a person has worked through this site with a screen reader, we are not willing to claim more than this.
- Standard
- WCAG 2.1 Level AA
- Last tested
- 30 October 2026
- How
- Automated audit, run weekly (axe-core 4.13.0), desktop and mobile, across 9 page templates
- Open issues
- None found by automated testing at that run
How we test
- An automated audit runs every week against the live site, at desktop and mobile sizes, and covers every page template rather than only the home page.
- Keyboard behaviour is checked separately: reaching every control in a sensible order, a visible focus indicator, a working skip link, and no trap a keyboard user cannot escape.
- We read the page as assistive technology receives it, not only as it looks, so that controls announce something useful rather than announcing nothing or announcing the wrong thing.
Known limitations
- The application form. When you apply, you are handed to our applicant tracking system. Those pages are not built by us and we cannot correct them directly. If you hit a barrier there, tell us and we will take your application another way rather than leaving you stuck.
- Job descriptions. Posting text comes from our hiring teams and can carry formatting we did not author. We normalise the structure where we can, but wording and headings inside a description vary by posting.
- Maps. The openings map is a visual tool. Everything on it is also available as a list of openings with the same links, so nothing is reachable only by using the map.
- No manual audit yet. A full evaluation with assistive technology, by a person, has not been completed. That is the main gap between partially conformant and fully conformant here.
Requesting an accommodation
TC4 & Co. provides reasonable accommodations to applicants with disabilities at every stage, including the application itself and any interview. You never need to explain your diagnosis to ask, and asking does not affect how your application is considered.
To request one, use the accommodation request form, or email jobs@tc4.co. Tell us what you need and the role or location you are applying to, and a member of the team will follow up.
Telling us about a problem
If any part of this site blocks you, we want to hear about it, and a report about this site is not the same thing as an accommodation request. Please tell us the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what happened. If you can, say what you were browsing with, since that often tells us exactly where to look.
Email jobs@tc4.co or use the contact page. If something here stopped you from applying, say so, and we will make sure your application is taken another way.
This statement
This statement describes this careers site. It is reviewed when the site changes and when the weekly audit finds something new. The test record above is generated from that audit rather than written by hand, so it reflects the most recent run and not the day the page was drafted.
